You might be surprised to know that I don't always love exercise....but I know I need it.
My journey has been a rollercoaster!
I know what it feels like to be starting from rock bottom and to fall off the wagon. Motivation, fitness and health has not always been at a constant high for me, at all.
Throughout all of these highs and lows I made a significant discovery that has has the greatest impact on my focus and motivation.
I discovered that, for me, being fit and healthy wasn't purely about the way I looked, the races I finished, or the medals I won - it was about how I showed up each day to family, friends, business, daily life and most of all, myself.
Want we gain from being fit far exceeds what we look like. Being fit and healthy has a major influence on our attitude, confidence, self-belief and mindset.
When people ask me how and why I stay so fit? My response is always ......
"Because health and fitness brings out my best self."
